The year in music

It remains to be seen if 2008 was a great or even very good year for music, which can be said for film and books as well. If anything, my ears settled on less this year, not feeling the need to listen to everything, knowing that I’d eventually get to many missed titles. There were more than a handful of incredible albums released in 2008 and most titles below are hyperlinked to a viral (official and unofficial) video.
